Most University Alcohol Policies Do Not Meet “Most Effective” Level

According to new research, colleges and universities around the country aren’t keeping America’s kids as safe as they could. UPI reports that a new stud shows more than 50% of university alcohol policies that are designed to reduce problem drinking do not earn the “most effective” rating from experts. The study points out that roughly 1,800 students at two- and four-year colleges die from alcohol-consumption or drinking-related injuries per year.
