Two other people injured and attacker arrested as President Macron heads to scene of stabbing

A teacher has been killed and two other people injured in a stabbing in a school in Arras, northern France.

The interior minister, Gerald Darmanin, said the attacker had been arrested. President Emmanuel Macron was heading to the scene.
